The weather has been rather warm. Sweat drip like there's no lack of water in my body. Almost the whole piece of clothes wore dropped into a puddle of water, when I played badminton yesterday. Met ah nerd @ suntec during noon, to get huiling's birthday present. It's our first time buying a hair dryer as a birthday gift for someone. Weird gift hur? Steffi and nerd were complaining they were hungry, we decided to walk to bugis area to have steamboat. We ended up at 天天火锅 to have our dinner. We took our time to eat, as we were waiting for ah low to go off from his work. We met him at Outram after our dinner.

Off we go to West Coast Club, again. It's bowling and pool. Steffi gotta played and learn to play pool. We kinda sneaked her in. The 2 big guy played fishing there, showing their stupid on hooked fish mouths. We played till 12plus, and we still manage to catch the last bus. We took photos on the bus, and it turns out all so funny. Our laughters filled the upper deck.
Not everything appear as it is. Some stuffs just goes way out of your anticipation. Life so unpredictably fun sometimes. However, there won't always be roses to make your bed.
I woke up early today to go jogging, I'm so sleepy now. So tire, my eyes are crossed. wake me up.

Hey yo, nutcase!

Wow. I got home at a few minutes pass 3 yesterday. We played till that late. Broke is the word, left with only 2bucks in my wallet. Shanny was there yesterday! She used No.12 ball. She strikes, she spare and she scores! Last game, ah nerd was so happy that he won her by a mere 1 point. tsk tsk. Not forgetting that he lost the past few matches with some point gap.

I was so so so hungry when we went to play pool. I guess I'm like the 7th month ghost, eating away the food when it arrived, they were laughing at my pathetic 'hunger for food' look. When I got home I was feeling so dead, that I don't wanna bathe but go to bed. I can't do that, with those dried up sweat on my skin, I got to.


Dinner today, Steffi&I went to queensway, ate at Mac. Went to ikea to walk around, before our exit, we saw the finger puppet, I thought it was 4.90 so I bought it. In the end, the cashier told us 12.90. Oh gosh! An extra of 8dollars! Ripped me off 8!!!

After work went off to meet ah low, at mrt station to go queensway to meet ah hui and nerd. As usual alighted at Redhill, so ah low have got no choice but to walk back with me. When he saw the long flight of stairs, he went "WAH!" with a very stunned look. Funny expression! I was laughing almost the whole journey home. While climbing he was complaining, when we finally finished climbing up, his still complaining. OH GOSH!

Went up to get my pants and went down with Gloria to join ah low, and headed off to queensway s.c. to meet ah nerd and hui. Then hui&me had our clothes altered, auntie told us to be back by 9. So we went to Disney stall @ anchorpoint to have our dinner. Gloria had this virus face, she infected the Disney's computer, making not able to function properly.

After that, Gloria left with the 4 of us. Went to collect our clothes. We had nothing to do, no place to hangout, pool place was kinda far. So we went home.



Oh ya. I saw this name on one of the form "Cheong Kam Lan". Poor guy. Can't join guys for Mount Faber tomorrow, due to nobody to replace me for the constituency match. I wanna go mount faber, I was the who started saying I wanna go, ended up I was the one not able to go. ):

Had farewell dinner for Mr. Kelvin, at Far East Square's Archipelago. I wonder if I spelled it correctly. Food there not bad. I shall honour Mr. Bernard Teo (I know, same name&surname as ah nerd, but not ah nerd) with the title of "te kan" king.

I don't drink, I don't like the taste I don't like the smell. I ended up gulping down a bottle plus of Heineken. Yi-aiks! The most I ever drank was a sip, I broke my records of records of records. Am testing my limits too, guess I still don't know where's my limit. I don't wish to know how I am when I am drunk anyway.

Well, the bottle plus, wasn't only contributed by the toasting, and bottoms up from Bernard, also from Kelvin and CY. Well, guess the drinks are influencing my mind to go sleep. Nights. That's all doc.

Well, after work went to makan with ah low. Ah nerd too lazy to leave his house for dinner. ROAR! After dinner, walked around commonwealth, went up to the 40storey building. OMG! Look down from 40th. At first sight you will faint. I though ah low was exaggerating. But looking outside the night view is nice.




Then went to the top of the carpark where there is a garden. Played with the "merry-go-round". I kinda drop out from it. hahaha. Then went to the pathway layed by pebbles. Me and ah low walked throw the small and hugh pebbles. OMG! Torture. So pain. Then return to the chair and found my shoes and socks infested by ants. Guess i threw my shoes at the wrong place, my shoes had invaded their territory. Ah low helped me with them. one word "HILARIOUS". why my shoes?! why my socks! First thing came to my mind, "OMG! I don't wanna go home barefooted." Then we stayed there alittle while chatting. Stories! I love hearing stories/gossips. Secondary school is still the best.

I took half day leave, as I really needed the sleep. I was feeling so unwell in the night, till I can't sleep. Mum cooked herbal tea for us to drink yesterday, after she heard my voice through the phone. A little hoarse when I was speaking to her. i love mummy! mummy loves me. (:

So I woke up earlier than expected, saw the nice weather, decided to go for a swim. I kinda regret the decision now, I didn't bring goggles along, my eyes so tire now. Just, just now the sun was so bright, now it's gonna rain. the thai secret. makes me think of stuffs. Funny&weird, I wanna write those down, I've set myself a time and write an essay out, but not here, nutcase.

Low, Middle, High gang was out on action again this evening.

It all started with ah low's sms saying "Hey tonight i free.. haha today you work till what time". I thought he smsed the wrong person, so I replied stupidly "work till 6. Free for what? Jogging?"

So later on we decide to go makan, and smsed ah nerd. So I leave the decision making to ah nerd and low. So in the end we went to Clementi to have our dinner at "BOTAK JONES". COOL! I've been wanting to go try it, but didn't have the chance.

Given the price you paid, the portion was real big for western style cuisine. After dinner, we went to walk around, and played pool AGAIN. As usual, pool session with ah low and nerd was boisterously merry. Ah nerd was like so "tyco" today. Super duper lucky. I managed to won a drink, with luck & from their mistakes. Well, I've been wanting to learn "jump ball", so today I didnt want to do that, but I jumped the ball I'm suppose to hit, and the white ball landed straight in hole.

The more we played, the more crazy we got. Ended up crapping around. Now ah nerd, is the 老大of the company. We are the "ka gias". We shall follow him along into the casino if we ever to go genting as plan.

We had decided on a few activities. Like going to genting, night cycling, night walk. We should have more such activities which requires not much money. Night cycling comes with supper. Night walk around, to take photos. As ah nerd is going for his NS soon. Nerd is going for his NS on 5th june, same day as ah low's TP test. We had planned what to say to ah nerd if he ever call us on the phone when he is in the camp.

Well, we said to go jogging or cycling(for ah nerd) tomorrow, till mount faber and go up mount faber to see night view. Anybody interested? It's not really substantiated yet.

Forgotten how the 3 of us started going out together as a gang. I love going out together, everytime we'll laugh till there's strains on the tummy, and they just do some stuffs that people will start staring at them. We were close during secondary school, but never this together. They always made me laugh, showing me their stupid faces. The 2 tigers and one rabbit.

Home sweet home. Went to meet low, middle and Gloria at Toa Payoh. Splendidly fun!

Ah nerd messaged in the noon, and asked if wanna go for dinner together. So we went to Toa Payoh. The bus ride home is like only 20-30mins from Toa Payoh.

We went to eat "zhi cha", Bernard ordered all the food for 4 to eat, and we ordered 5 dishes. Ate till we were all so bloated. We go all haywire after that, we laughed so much, that our food digested very quickly. Hahaha. We played pool again, and we played this game, which we can only speak in Hokkien. If you speak other language, and it's not Hokkien, and you will be smack.

We ended up laughing so much in the snooker zone, and our pool table was like right in the middle of no where. Center of attraction. I love going out with middle and low. They always make me laughed till my stomach hurts, and tire. In bout an hour time it's shanny birthday!

Well, untraceable ain't that bad. But kinda wee bit gruesome. Jinghui was so frightened that she almost took away my jacket, which I used to cover over my body. hahaha. I should ask ah hui out to watch horror next time. Yesterday, my bag almost got flooded with carbonated drinks. Ah low and I smuggled KFCs into the cinema. The one of the drink was not covered properly and it spilled. Lucky it was inside a container.

After movie, went to play pool. Yeah! Pool finally. It's been like decades! since I last played. Miss those days, where every weekend, Liang and Andy will ask us down to west coast to play pool.

This week is a crazily lucky week for ah nerd. He lost that very something, and gain something else. I don't know which is better for him. I don't know bout the losing and gaining thing, but i'm sure the gain doesn't always tally well with the lost. Depends on how you weigh it. I had my fair shares too. Some loses are just not worth it. But some are better to be thrown away, then keep.

AFP - Friday, April 4WASHINGTON (AFP) - - Drinking enough to quench your thirst is sufficient for the body's needs, and there is no evidence to support the common advice to drink eight glasses of water a day, according to a new study.

"Just drink when you are thirsty," was the advice from a study published Thursday in the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology.

Doctors from the University of Pennsylvania said "there is simply a lack of evidence in general" that everyone should drink the recommended 1.5 litres of water a day.

Researchers Dan Negoianu and Stanley Goldfarb had examined the theory that drinking more water helped the kidneys flush more toxins from the body.

"So the question is does drinking more water increase these normal important functions of the kidneys. And the answer is no," Goldfarb told NPR radio.

"In fact, drinking large amounts of water, actually and surprisingly, tends to reduce the ability of the kidney to function as a filter."

Water has also been touted as an ideal aid to those who want to lose weight. But while drinking more helps dieters feel full, no clinical study has proved that it will help keep the weight off.

"There were some studies that suggested that in fact, calorie intake was reduced when individuals were given water prior to eating. Other studies suggested that it wasn't," Goldfarb added.

Increased water intake was only really justified in extreme cases, such as for athletes, people living in hot, dry climates and those suffering from particular illnesses.

Stupid nutcase, I know you are laughing at my hair. I regret what I did on spur of a moment.

I went jogging from IKEA to Tiong Bahru plaza, and I was too early for the movie, so I had nothing to do. So I decided to have a haircut there, since I already wanted to have one but hasn't. So I went in, had my hair washed and stuffs. Then he cut my hair, then my fringe, my "anything" did the job man! I'm not gonna say anything anymore, it always do me no good. ARgh! the fringe is so short now. You can laugh at me now. I know.

I shall wait for it to grow back. Nevermind. I'm just whinning for a moment too. So as planned I did watch leap years. Not that bad. average movie, not bad for a local movie. So i was watching the movie alone, and beside me sat 2 male lovers. hmmm.... haha.

Watching movie alone ain't that bad, just that when you are early for the movie, and you are at a small shopping centre you have nothing to do, when you jogged there with only a handphone and a wallet. And it's also easier to get a better seat, cause there's mostlikely to have a seat somewhere in between no where. Touche~

I think I should get a spec to go with my nerdy hair. STUPID!!!! ROAR!

Hey yo!

As usual morning badminton session. Next week, uncles will be holding a small friendly.

Pretty fun having lunch with uncles. They joke around, and chat. How I wish when I'm old my friends will still be like how we use to be or like uncles, go for badminton on certain day, and have lunch after that. How nice. Mentioning that, I still haven go for my mount faber trip, to take photos of old couples strolling. Shall ask ah low and ah nerd, as they said they don't mind waking up early and go with me. I shall dig shanny up from her sleep and drag her along.

I shall go jogging later to Tiong bahru and catch a movie all by my own! Have been wanting to catch a movie on my own, but didn't really have a chance. maybe I'll watch leap years. 6.50 it is. I'm going off! To meet sister TJ. hahaha.


ANYWAY, I guess I got abit darker! yeah! uncles make my day! uncles uncles uncles!

I was trying go to the front and Jian Bing trying to go to the back, so I wanna shut the door alittle & I couldn't. Weird. I kept pressing it, then Logan was shouting, "my leg, my leg my leg!" hahaha. I didn't know Logan's leg was there until, lots of question marks on my face I guess, and Jianbing said, Logan's leg is at the door. LOL! I couldn't see. I couldn't stop laughing! Oh gosh. I was trying so hard to hide my laughter during the whole journey back.

Miss High, that's me! I'm home! YEAH!

Awww! It's so fun today! I love bowling. Almost gotta play pool too, but no table needa queue. Went off to play LAN, first time playing at LANshop. It's nice! But cost more than playing at home of course. Hahaha. When we finished playing and went back up to see if we can play pool, but the place is still full, and it's like already 12. Ah nerd and ah low needa work tomorrow.

We are low, middle and high! I'm super high today, it's so funny and happy day. Yeah! I scored more than a hundred for bowling, playing so long it's just like second time in my life, kinda pathetic hur? both of them lost to me! MUAHAHAHAHAHA! Ah low and ah nerd both of you should feel ashame. Tsk tsk. Both threw the speed at more than 24km/h. -.-! I pathetically gets it at 16km/h. Which is like the max.

We shall go out again soon! We played so much that we missed our last bus. Hope next saturday is a sunny sunny day! Ah hui and I going to sentosa!
